A VIEWS OF STUDENTS REGARDING THE USE OF THE E-PORTFOLIO IN THE CREATION OF DESCRIPTIVE TEXT

چکیده

This study aimed to describe students' perceptions of using e-portfolio in writing descriptive text and find out the impact use text. research was conducted with a qualitative approach case study. The questionnaire, interview, students’ artifacts were used collecting data. participants this 32 students from first grade (X MIPA) Mekar Arum senior high school Bandung, West Java. There students, consisting 28 female four male who involved research. result showed that E-portfolio is easy, efficient, useful. help improve their cognitively. It also had positive on writing. indicated by artifacts, relation e-portfolios producing texts. perceived as effective helped them develop many ways, especially cognitive limited effectiveness E-portfolio. needs further investigation terms examining teaching more complex variables such genre level education.
